How can I contact Edible Blooms?
You can purchase online any time of the day, seven days per week. Our Bloomettes can be contacted Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 4.30pm. We are available after hours to corporate account holders and event customers by prior arrangement.

What is the deadline to place an order?
Edible Blooms offers a National delivery service. To guarantee the delivery date for your delivery we require your booking at least a day prior. We will do everything we can to ensure a same day delivery service for orders received before 9.30am each morning. Special event and custom made orders must be placed at least two business days prior to the delivery time. Regional deliveries require a minimum of 4 days notice for delivery and can take up to 7 days.
What time will my gift arrive?
All deliveries will arrive at business addresses by 5.00pm and to residential addresses before 7.00pm Monday to Friday. Couriers do start delivering from 6am depending if they have a lot of deliveries and in peek periods eg Christmas and Valentine's Day this will happen.
What if my recipient is not at home?
We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no-one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will either leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a calling card for the receiver to follow up to give the courier company further instructions. We do check on our deliveries at Edible Blooms and we will also try and follow the sender up to let them know if we can see a calling card has been left. If your gift is perishable (ie fruit), our driver may opt to leave the gift at the door or with a neighbour to save you a redelivery charge. We always icepack these deliveries so they will be fine on the door step for about an hour.
Can I send a bloom anywhere in New Zealand?
Yes, Edible Blooms deliver our chocolate flower bouquets, gift hampers and candy jar gifts New Zealand wide. Fresh fruit blooms and cake pop bouquets can be delivered up to 20km of the CBD in Auckland.
Do you deliver on the week-end and public holidays?
Our Auckland store is open on Saturday by appointment only. By prior arrangement, week-end and public holiday deliveries can be arranged for events. Delivery is quoted based on the location and timing of your requirements.
What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?
This is your responsibility and the more information you provide when ordering the easier it is for us to amend any mistake. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge will apply to redirect the delivery.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes you can request a specific delivery time when ordering over the phone only. However, please note that an additional charge may apply. Our Bloomettes will inform you of this when you order to ensure that your requirements are met on time. We can only organise time deliveries in Auckland. Anything out of Auckland will be sent with the courier the night before and it will depend on what time it arives in the town you have selected to when this will be delivered. Sometimes this can be first thing in the morning or late afternoon - just depends when the courier services the area. We do check our deliveries everyday to make sure gifts get delivered on the correct day.
Do I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to confirm the details of all online orders. If there are any problems processing your payment or further delivery address information is required one of our Bloomettes will contact you personally.
What method of payment is accepted?
Edible Blooms secure online payment system will accept MasterCard, VISA cards. Approved corporate accounts will receive an account at the end of each month with a 7 day payment term.
Can I change my mind after placing an order?
Yes you can, however an administration charge of $10 will apply for cancellations / changes to your order more than 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
Is my personal information secure when I order online?

Can I set up a corporate account?
