Please see below for our cut-off times for delivery before Valentine's Day:


Auckland: 11am, Tuesday 14th Feb
All other North Island: 3pm, Friday 10th Feb
South Island: 3pm, Thursday 9th Feb (or an express option is available at an extra cost until 3pm, Friday 10th Feb)
Rural Addresses: 5pm, Tuesday 7th Feb

Delivery Dates, Unattended Premises & Additional Re-direction Charges

If no-one is home to accept the delivery, Edible Blooms standard procedure is to leave the gifts safely at the premises where possible. Exceptions to this rule are alcohol products which cannot be left without a signature, premises where our courier deems that it is not safe to leave the gift unattended, or if you specifically request in your order for the gift not to be left at the premises if it is unattended. In these instances the gift will either be taken to the nearest post office and a calling card left at the premises, or it will be returned to our store and we will be in contact to arrange a second delivery. Both of these outcomes will result in an additional redirection/redelivery charge, so we suggest that you ensure the premises is attended on the delivery day. If this additional charge needs to be debited from your card, you will be contacted by our Store to advise that they are doing so. Please note that our standard delivery service only allows a delivery date to be requested, we cannot specify a time of day for delivery. If you require a delivery to be made at a specific time, this may be possible within Auckland by placing the goods on a point-to-point courier at a higher charge, however you will need to contact Edible Blooms for a quote if you require this.

Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of an Edible Blooms product, you can return it to us for a full refund of the product price. Refund does not include delivery cost. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything to ensure a positive resolution. In the unlikely event that your Edible Bloom is damaged in transit, please note that a photograph will be required for the replacement of any damaged goods. Edible Blooms will not provide cash refunds in this event.

Calculated delivery fee

Our advertised delivery costs are calculated per box. If your order exceeds the number of products that can fit in one box for the advertised delivery charge, we will contact you before dispatching if additional payment is required.

Delivery outside of Metropolitan areas (Rural Areas)

Please note that some remote rural areas may not be serviced by our courier service. In these cases, parcels will be delivered to the closest post office for delivery with regular mail or pick up by the receiver, depending on the procedure of the outlet. These deliveries can take up to 5-7 days, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates in these areas.

Peak Period Delivery

In peak periods such as Christmas we will endeavour to have your gift delivered on the requested delivery date, however due to courier delays and circumstances outside of our control we cannot guarantee delivery dates at these times of year.

Cancellation/Changing Orders

A $10 Administration fee may apply to cancellations of, or changes to, orders. Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery or if they have been dispatched from our store - these orders will be charged in full. Cancellations for customised orders and fruit orders will be charged in full.

Product substitution

We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However, should a particular chocolate or paper colour be unavailable at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.
